Legal framework
These policies govern conduct and permitted use. The Terms remain separate contractual terms; the Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data.
2. BK Account & Community
Accounts must not be used for deception, impersonation, spam or ban evasion. Keep credentials confidential. Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly and must not be exploited.
3. Games & multiplayer
Cheats, exploits, modified clients or other unauthorized advantages are not permitted in online and community services. Bugs must not be intentionally abused to harm others or manipulate systems, economies or rankings.
4. User content & UGC
Only publish content you have the right to publish. Illegal content, malware, spam and content infringing third-party rights are not permitted. You remain responsible for uploaded content within the applicable rules.
5. Moderation & enforcement
BKWARE may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts where necessary to enforce the rules or protect its services. Measures should reflect the nature and severity of a violation.
6. Products & additional rules
Individual products, games, servers, competitions or community areas may have additional rules. Those product-specific rules supplement these policies and will be identified within the relevant service.
7. Fairness & security
Attempts to bypass technical safeguards, attack services, compromise other accounts or abuse BKWARE infrastructure are prohibited. Automation is permitted only where expressly provided for or authorized.
8. Changes
These policies may be updated as products, features or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
